Cooking instructions

  1. Add ginger, peeled and deseeded lemon, honey, and a few glasses of water to a blender. Blend well. Strain the juice through a sieve to separate the liquid from the pulp.
  2. Juice: I drink it as a shot or make lemonade by diluting it with water and ice. It’s delicious!
  3. Pulp: I mix it with honey, and a teaspoon is enough for ginger tea. It can also be frozen in ice cube trays and used whenever needed.

Along with the juice, I take 2 capsules of our organic reishi mushrooms, which help boost immunity. Stay healthy! 🫶🏼
