Matcha pudding with strawberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 180 ml of plant-based milk, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir in one teaspoon of organic Daily Spoon matcha.
  3. For the cream, mix one teaspoon of matcha with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Top with strawberries!
