Some of the best cookies I’ve ever baked! A paradise for matcha lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 30 g brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons Daily Spoon matcha
- 60 ml melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tablespoons plant-based milk
- 3 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 pieces of white chocolate
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a bowl. The dough should be sticky.
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
- Form small balls of dough, gently press them down, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes after baking – this step is important. Enjoy!
