Frequently Asked Questions
Products
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in the Hair ritual, which is animal-derived, and the wild marine collagen, which is sourced from fish skin.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our products are free from gluten and lactose. However, some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility where gluten-containing products may also be handled.
What allergens are in the products?
There are no allergens among the ingredients in our blend, but they are packaged in a room that may contain traces of nuts and celery.
Where are blends made and where do their ingredients come from?
Daily Spoon products and most of their ingredients are made in Lithuania. More exotic ingredients such as spirulina, maca, etc. are sourced from food wholesalers in Germany and the UK, who have extensive resources to ensure high quality of raw materials.
Usage
Can I use several Daily Spoon products at the same time?
Yes, you can definitely use several rituals together, as all ingredients are natural and do not contain highly concentrated doses.
It’s important to remember that there is no strict discipline — you can create a routine that works best for you. The key is simply not to exceed the recommended daily amount of any single product.
What is the best time and way to use the products?
You can mix the blends with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridge, plant-based milk, or simply water.
Food supplements such as Gut Prime, Hair, or De-Stress are recommended to be mixed with a glass of water.
For better absorption, we suggest using the products as follows:
After food: Hair, Gut Prime, Glow, Immunity.
Before food: Gut support, Balance, and adaptogenic mushrooms.
You can also find specific usage recommendations for each product in its description on our website.
Can Daily Spoon products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
From our side, we can say that we have many pregnant and breastfeeding clients who have chosen to use our products, however, we do not recommend supplements such as Hair and Glow at all.
How should I store the blends?
For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.
