In contrast to regular cinnamon, this variety is much more aromatic, and sweeter in flavor. It is brown in color, and the sticks are made up of several thin layers, making it easy to distinguish from other types of cinnamon at a glance.
Ceylon cinnamon, known for its exceptionally mild sweetness and intense aroma, also boasts antioxidant properties - so with just a teaspoon, you can enhance not only the flavor of your favorite recipe but also its nutritional value.
Ceylon cinnamon can be used in fruit smoothies, porridges and yoghurts. The temperature of use should not exceed 60 °C.
It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons (6-8 g) per day with 200 ml of water.

Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
When and how is best to use blends?
You can use the mixes at your convenience by mixing them with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridges, plant-based milk, or just water.
