How to use?
All rituals are made with naturally derived ingredients and do not contain highly concentrated single-ingredient doses, meaning they can be used together without exceeding the recommended daily intake.
We recommend using the rituals regularly, one serving per day — mix the Balance blend with plant-based milk, and after a meal prepare a blueberry-flavoured lemonade by mixing Gut Prime with a glass of water.

Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
Is it possible to use several blends at once?
Hair perfectly combines with all Daily Spoon products and can be used simultaneously. By combining several rituals throughout the day, we get more diverse nutrients.
Are your products plant-based?
Nearly all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual HAIR, which is derived from animals.
How long should I use it? Do I need to take a break afterwards?
We suggest a course of 3-6 months once a year.
Why is it not suitable for pregnant and lactating women?
There are not enough studies on the effects of certain active ingredients and extracts on pregnancy and breastfeeding, so you should consult your doctor before taking Hair. As it is a food supplement with active ingredients and extracts, we do not recommend its use for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless recommended by your doctor.
From what age can the products be used?
We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
