How does the purchasing process go? arrow arrow

Gift cards can be purchased electronically or at the studio in Vilnius.

 

After purchasing a card in the studio, it will be prepared as a gift in an envelope.

 

After purchasing a gift card electronically, you will receive an e-mail with:

  • an electronic coupon that you can send to your loved one by e-mail or other social media platform;
  • printable coupon if you would like to give the coupon to a loved one live.

 

If the coupon does not arrive in the mailbox after purchase, it is worth checking the spam folder.

 

The gift coupon, regardless of whether it was purchased in the online store or in the studio, is valid in both places and allows you to choose from all of the products.

 

It is valid for half a year from the date of purchase and is one-time use. Gift card becomes void after payment.

We do not have in-store pickup.

Percentage discount codes are valid only in our e-shop.

arrow arrow Are your products plant-based?

Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.

arrow arrow Do the products contain gluten or lactose?

No, our blends are gluten and lactose free. However, some of our ingredients are packaged in a room where gluten-containing products can also be packaged.

arrow arrow How is best to store the blends?

Blends are best stored in a closed package in a dark and cool place. A fridge is perfect for that.

arrow arrow Is it possible to use several blends at once?

Yes, the blends can definitely be used together as all the ingredients are natural and are not concentrated.
The important thing to remember is that there is no strict discipline when using our blends – you can create a routine that works for you.
As a guideline, we suggest not to exceed 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
