This month, we're turning the spotlight on the Energy blend. It takes yoghurt to the next level of nutrition and flavour with pumpkin seed protein, maca root, adaptogenic mushrooms and other superfood ingredients. With a mild chocolate flavour from natural cocoa, it's a versatile ingredient that can be added to yoghurts, porridges and smoothies. I like to simply mix it with plant milk as it's a sweet snack that also gives me the energy to finish my work.
P.S. Just a heads-up: double-check the sugar content of the granola to make sure there’s no sugar in it.
Cooking instructions
- This is as simple as it gets: just mix the yoghurt with the yoghurt mix, add the granola and top with slices of half an apple. Enjoy!
