Cooking instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients and put the pudding in the fridge for half an hour. Take it out, garnish with berries and enjoy! If you want extra protein, I suggest adding extra Greek yoghurt on top.

It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and we end up with a filling, protein-packed snack.

  • 1 glass of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tbsp Daily Spoon cacoa
  • 2 tsp Daily Spoon blend for Energy
