It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and we end up with a filling, protein-packed snack.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 glass of plant milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 dates
- 2 tbsp Daily Spoon cacoa
- 2 tsp Daily Spoon blend for Energy
Cooking instructions
- Grind all the ingredients and put the pudding in the fridge for half an hour. Take it out, garnish with berries and enjoy! If you want extra protein, I suggest adding extra Greek yoghurt on top.
