Sharing a quick dinner recipe that often becomes my lunch too, so I don’t have to cook again. For me, it’s one of the most comforting recipes on winter evenings, and the biggest plus is that it all comes together in just one pot 🍋
Cooking instructions:
- Chop the leeks, carrots, potatoes, and broccoli, then sauté in a pot for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like.
- Pour in hot water and add a vegetable stock cube. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add salmon cubes and lemon. After 5 minutes (if the potatoes are cooked), pour in half a cup of cream and add plenty of dill. Enjoy!
