Cooking Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce (spinach works too), cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, marinated artichokes, some grilled marinated bell pepper, turkey ham, and parsley. Place everything in one bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of white beans, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- For the dressing: mix a few tablespoons of olive oil with one tablespoon of white wine vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard and honey, a pinch of oregano, salt, and garlic granules (optional).
