At the heart of the True Electrolytes formula are naturally sourced marine magnesium (Aquamin), potassium, sodium and vitamin C – carefully selected ingredients that help maintain electrolyte balance, support normal muscle function, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

We went beyond electrolytes and enriched the formula with CITARG sea moss and tart cherry, while choosing unrefined Celtic sea salt, sodium citrate and potassium citrate as mineral sources. For a fresh, refreshing taste, we used real lemon juice and mint – with no sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavour enhancers or synthetic flavours.

Creatine is one of the most extensively researched food supplements in the world, and creatine monohydrate is the most studied form, recommended by professional scientific organizations. A daily intake of 3 g of creatine enhances physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. It may also improve the effects of resistance training on muscle strength in adults aged 55 years and older.

Creatine

The recommended daily serving is 2 scoops (5 g). Daily Spoon creatine is micronized, making it highly soluble and neutral in taste. Simply stir it into your coffee, matcha, porridge, yogurt, or even your protein shake.

Electrolytes

Mix one sachet of electrolytes (4.2 g) per day with 400 ml (a large glass) or more of water. Drink within 20 minutes of mixing – before, during or after training, in hot weather, while travelling, or simply whenever you want a refreshing lemon & mint drink.
