A De-stress, classic matcha, and protein bundle designed to support sustained energy and concentration.
A routine for those always on the move, with stress never far behind. It won’t remove the causes of stress, but it can support the body in handling it better, improving rest and helping you move through more demanding periods with greater ease.
Matcha not only provides steady energy without sudden crashes, but the L-theanine it contains also helps improve focus and concentration throughout the day. Our matcha comes directly from a tea farm in Japan, where centuries-old tea cultivation traditions continue to this day. That’s why ours stands out with its vibrant colour, rich aroma, and smooth taste.
De-stress is a dietary supplement designed to help the body relax and ease tension. We developed it together with a PhD in biochemistry and included ingredients known to support stress resilience – highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate, amino acids, and griffonia and passionflower extracts. It is also conveniently divided into single-serve sachets, making it easy to take De-stress with you wherever you go.
Even on busy days when it feels like there’s “no time to eat,” the body still needs energy. Our protein blends are a simple (and, according to those who have tried them, very tasty) way to snack while getting 17–19 g of protein for lasting satiety. They are creamy, easy to dissolve, and free from added sugar or synthetic additives.
All rituals are made with naturally derived ingredients and do not contain highly concentrated single-ingredient doses, so they can be used together without exceeding the recommended daily intake.
For De-stress, mix one sachet (6.5 g) with a glass (200 ml) of water once per day after a meal.
The protein blends are versatile. While they are most commonly prepared by mixing two scoops with a glass of milk to make a flavoured protein shake, our community also enjoys adding them to yogurt, smoothies, porridge, or even pancake batter.
To make a matcha latte, simply sift one teaspoon of matcha, add half a glass of hot water (up to 80°C), whisk well, and then mix with half a glass of milk.
Store tightly sealed in a dark, dry, and cool place, preferably in the refrigerator.

It is not recommended to exceed 150-200mg of caffeine per day during pregnancy. A cup of matcha contains about 40-60mg of caffeine, so it can be used in moderation if your doctor does not suggest giving up caffeine completely.
Yes, matcha contains about 40-60 mg of caffeine per serving, but unlike coffee, matcha also contains the amino acid L-theanine. It slows down the release of caffeine – softening its effects and promoting relaxation.
Instead of the quick caffeine spike followed by an energy crash, like with coffee, the energy from matcha is released more slowly and steadily. This is why matcha provides a sense of calm alertness. Additionally, caffeine and L-theanine working together can help improve focus for tasks that require cognitive effort.
Matcha comes from the Kyoto region of Japan – one of the best matcha-producing regions in the world.
