What sets Gut Prime apart from Gut Bliss?
Gut Prime lays the groundwork for a thriving microbiome with live bacteria and active extracts that nourish your gut and enhance your skin's glow.
Gut Bliss, on the other hand, is designed to boost your diet's nutritional profile, feeding your gut with fiber, prebiotics, Omega-3s, and essential nutrients.
Together, they create the ultimate duo for supporting gut health and increasing the diversity of good bacteria.
Is it necessary to take a break when using food supplements?
Gut Prime can be used continuously for up to 4 months, depending on how you feel. After that, a 1-2 month break should be taken, and then it can be repeated.
Glow is ideally recommended to be used for up to 2 months, after which a break should also be taken.
Hair is suggested for regular use for 3 months, followed by a break. Usage can be continued again after 3 months.
If you are using De-stress daily, it should not be used for more than 3 months. A break is also recommended after that.
Is it safe to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
From our side, we can say that we have many pregnant and breastfeeding clients who have chosen to use our products, however, we do not recommend supplements such as Hair and Glow at all.
Can I use several blends at once?
Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
When and how is best to use blends?
You can use the mixes at your convenience by mixing them with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridges, plant-based milk, or just water.
For better absorption, we suggest using:
After food: Hair, Gut Prime, Glow, for Immune System, for Energy
Before food: for Gut Bliss, for Skin Glow, for Balance, adaptogenic mushrooms.

From what age can the products be used?
We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
