Ingredients
- 2-3 potatoes
- Half a broccoli
- 1 paprika
- Half a red onion
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- To taste: olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- Spoonful Daily Spoon yeast flakes
For Tzatziki sauce:
- Half a cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- To taste: salt, pepper and chilli flakes
