Cooking instructions

  1. Combine the yolks with the sugar and whisk well until smooth and creamy. Then add the mascarpone cheese.
  2. The cream should be enough for three coats – you can apply from the eye, or spread before applying.
  3. Layering: brush the bottom of the sponge with a little cream and place the biscuits soaked in coffee (they must hold their shape and not be soggy). Then place the cream on top, sprinkle with cocoa and add the strawberries. Place the biscuits, cream, cocoa and strawberries in the middle layer. Repeat and decorate the top with strawberries.
  4. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 8 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 kg mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups of super strong coffee
  • 2 packets of ladyfinger biscuits (quantity depends on the size of the biscuit, usually two packets)
  • 3 tbsp natural Daily Spoon cocoa
  • 3 handfuls of strawberries
