Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a bowl. The dough should be sticky.
  2. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
  3. Form small balls of dough, gently press them down, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes after baking – this step is important. Enjoy!

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 pieces of white chocolate
