We don’t believe in miracle pills or slimming teas — we believe in science. The ingredients in this blend were carefully selected based on scientific research and their proven benefits for gut health: digestion is supported by fiber, Jerusalem artichoke, milk thistle, and prickly pear extract.
We built the foundation of this blend with chia seeds, which nourish the gut with omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Jerusalem artichokes add even more fiber along with valuable prebiotics.
Joining them are prickly pear and milk thistle, rich in antioxidants and — of course — more gut-loving fiber.
The vibrant green hue comes from spirulina and freeze-dried spinach, delivering a variety of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.
We also included some of the most trusted digestive allies: ginger and Ceylon cinnamon, both known for supporting healthy digestive function.
As always, we’ve left out sweeteners and emulsifiers — the naturally refreshing taste comes from lemon and grapefruit.
The blend has a green juice flavor with refreshing citrus notes, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine — mix it into smoothies, yogurt, porridge, or simply stir into water.
Recommended use: 2 teaspoons (7g) per day. Do not expose to temperatures above 60°C. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Is it safe to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
From our side, we can say that we have many pregnant and breastfeeding clients who have chosen to use our products, however, we do not recommend supplements such as Hair and Glow at all.
Can I use several blends at once?
Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
How should I store the blends?
For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.
