With 10 grams of powder equivalent to 100 grams of fresh spinach, this will provide a whole host of beneficial substances: vitamins A, C and K with antioxidant properties, fibre and calcium.
Spinach powder can be used to enrich fruit smoothies, porridges and yoghurts. The temperature of use should not exceed 60 °C.
It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons (6-8 g) per day with 200 ml of water.

Is it possible to use several blends at once?
Yes, the blends can definitely be used together as all the ingredients are natural and are not concentrated.
The important thing to remember is that there is no strict discipline when using our blends – you can create a routine that works for you.
As a guideline, we suggest not to exceed 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are gluten and lactose free. However, some of our ingredients are packaged in a room where gluten-containing products can also be packaged.
When and how is best to use blends?
You can use the mixes at your convenience by mixing them with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridges, plant-based milk, or just water.
