Ingredients
- Tuna
- Half a ripe avocado
- Half of a small finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise (optional)
- Chili flakes (if desired)
- Cucumber
- Red bell pepper
- Rice
- Rice vinegar
- Nori (seaweed) sheets
Cooking instructions
- Using a fork, mash together the tuna, half a ripe avocado, half of a small finely chopped red onion, a teaspoon of mayo (optional — I definitely added too much in the video 🫣), and some chili flakes if you like it spicy.
- Slice cucumber and red bell pepper into thin strips. Mix your leftover rice with a splash of rice vinegar.
- Wrap everything up in a sheet of nori (seaweed) — and enjoy!
