Glass of Cooked/canned beans
2 – 3 Paprika (I suggest thinner and elongated paprikas, they have more flavour)
Half of Red onion
Tablespoon Olive oil
To taste Pepper, salt, smoked paprika
Tablespoon Daily Spoon yeast flakes
2-3 cloves Garlic
Few tablespoons of Quinoa
Handful of Rucola
For the dressing:  
Tablespoon Balsamic
Few tablespoons of Olive oil
A teaspoon of Mustard
To taste Salt and chilli flakes

Put everything in a pan and bake at 190 C for 20 minutes

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard, salt and chilli flakes to taste.

When the vegetables are roasted, remove the garlic cloves and finely chop them and add them to the sauce.

Add a few tablespoons of cooked quinoa, rucola and sauce to the pan. Enjoy!
