Nutritious Smoothie for Gut

Small but important morning rituals. Mine begins with a gut-friendly mixture rich in fiber and prebiotics, ensuring the well-being of good gut bacteria. A healthy gut microbiome takes care of our immunity (and reduces bloating).

1 | Banana (can be frozen) |
1-2 teaspoon | Daily Spoon for Gut Bliss blend |
1 tablespoon | Nut butter |
1 cup | Plant-based milk |
1/2 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Pinch | Sea salt |

Put everything in the blender, blend for about a minute. Enjoy – your gut will thank you!
