Nutritious Smoothie for Gut
Small but important morning rituals. Mine begins with a gut-friendly mixture rich in fiber and prebiotics, ensuring the well-being of good gut bacteria. A healthy gut microbiome takes care of our immunity (and reduces bloating).
|1||Banana (can be frozen)|
|1-2 teaspoon||Daily Spoon for Gut Bliss blend|
|1 tablespoon||Nut butter|
|1 cup||Plant-based milk|
Put everything in the blender, blend for about a minute. Enjoy – your gut will thank you!
