Ingredients
1 cup | Almond flour |
30 g | Brown / coconut sugar |
2 tablespoons | Daily Spoon matcha |
60 ml | Melted coconut oil or butter |
2 tablespoons | Plant-based milk |
3 tablespoons | Nut butter |
1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
4 pieces | White chocolate |
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a small bowl. The dough should be sticky.

Cut the white chocolate into small pieces and mix it into the dough.

Form small balls, slightly press them down, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Be sure to let them cool for at least 10 minutes after baking. Enjoy!
