Can of Canned chickpeas
Tablespoon Virgin olive oil
1 Paprika
2 Stems of celery
Half of Red onion
1 Cucumber
Spoonful of Greek yoghurt
Tablespoon Mayonnaise
To taste Fresh dill, salt, pepper and chilli flakes

 

Instructions

Mash the chickpeas with a fork together with olive oil, salt and pepper and then add the finely, finely chopped vegetables. Stir in the yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chilli flakes. Mix everything together, garnish with dill and place on your favourite bread, trap, tortilla or eat alone. Enjoy!
