One of the most nutritious salads I’ve ever made. It excels both in terms of flavor and taste.

Ingredientai Ingredients
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
Bit Onion
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
2 cloves Minced garlic
According to your needs: Chili flakes (optional)
For the salad:
According to your needs: Romaine lettuce
1 cup Boiled quail eggs
1/4 Sliced red/white cabbage
Half Cucumber
Few Radishes
1 Chicken breast
For the chicken marinade:
Bit Soy sauce
Bit Ground smoked paprika

Instructions

1

Mix all the sauce ingredients in one container.

2

I marinate the chicken for at least an hour (preferably overnight) with soy sauce and smoked paprika (other spices work too). I bake it in the oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.

3

Into a bowl go Romaine lettuce, boiled quail eggs, a quarter of cabbage, half a cucumber, radishes, and a chicken breast.

4

Mix everything together and enjoy! If you plan to eat the salad the next day, add the sauce just before eating to keep it crispy.
