Crispy Chicken Salad with Ginger Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
For the sauce: | |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | Rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
Bit | Onion |
1 teaspoon | Minced ginger |
2 cloves | Minced garlic |
According to your needs: | Chili flakes (optional) |
For the salad: | |
According to your needs: | Romaine lettuce |
1 cup | Boiled quail eggs |
1/4 | Sliced red/white cabbage |
Half | Cucumber |
Few | Radishes |
1 | Chicken breast |
For the chicken marinade: | |
Bit | Soy sauce |
Bit | Ground smoked paprika |
Instructions

Mix all the sauce ingredients in one container.

I marinate the chicken for at least an hour (preferably overnight) with soy sauce and smoked paprika (other spices work too). I bake it in the oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.

Into a bowl go Romaine lettuce, boiled quail eggs, a quarter of cabbage, half a cucumber, radishes, and a chicken breast.

Mix everything together and enjoy! If you plan to eat the salad the next day, add the sauce just before eating to keep it crispy.
