Ingredients
½ cup (125 ml) | Espresso (or strong coffee) |
½ cup (125 ml) | Plant-based milk |
1 | Banana (preferably frozen) |
1 heaping teaspoon | Nut butter |
2 tablespoons | Rolled oats (for added satiety) |
Optional: 1 heaping teaspoon | Daily Spoon maca powder |

Put everything into a blender, blend well for a minute, and enjoy!
