½ cup (125 ml) Espresso (or strong coffee)
½ cup (125 ml) Plant-based milk
1 Banana (preferably frozen)
1 heaping teaspoon Nut butter
2 tablespoons Rolled oats (for added satiety)
Optional: 1 heaping teaspoon Daily Spoon maca powder
