Few Spring onions
1 Cucumber
Bunch Cherry tomatoes
Half Red onion
Bunch Dill
1 Bell pepper (can be canned)
Few Olives
Large handful Spinach
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Mustard
According to your needs: Salt, pepper, and parsley
3/4 cup Pasta
According to your needs: Feta cheese
Instructions

For the salad, chop: spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, half a red onion, a bunch of dill, roasted bell pepper (I buy canned), olives, and spinach.

For the dressing: 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, a teaspoon each of honey and mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Add pasta (I like chickpea pasta) and feta cheese. Enjoy!
