Few | Spring onions |
1 | Cucumber |
Bunch | Cherry tomatoes |
Half | Red onion |
Bunch | Dill |
1 | Bell pepper (can be canned) |
Few | Olives |
Large handful | Spinach |
For the sauce: | |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Honey |
1 teaspoon | Mustard |
According to your needs: | Salt, pepper, and parsley |
3/4 cup | Pasta |
According to your needs: | Feta cheese |
Instructions

For the salad, chop: spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, half a red onion, a bunch of dill, roasted bell pepper (I buy canned), olives, and spinach.

For the dressing: 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, a teaspoon each of honey and mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Add pasta (I like chickpea pasta) and feta cheese. Enjoy!
