100 g | Medjool dates |
50 g | Almonds |
1 teaspoon | Daily Spoon Matcha |
Pinch | Salt |
For shaping | Coconut oil |

First, crush 50g of pistachios and set them aside.

In a blender, add 100g of Medjool dates, 50g of almonds, 1 teaspoon of Daily Spoon Matcha, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything until it forms a cohesive mass.

The mixture will be sticky, so you can lightly grease your hands with coconut oil. Form small balls using about half a tablespoon of the mixture, then roll them in the crushed pistachios, coating all sides. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
